WHAT can be returned?

Any item purchased on this website, except donations, can be returned. All return requests must adhere to the stipulations below.

 

WHEN do items need to be returned by?

Any item to be returned must be returned within 15 days of receipt of the item. After 15 days, no items may be returned for any reason.

HOW do customers return items?

Before returning any item, you must contact the City of Arlington on-line store and acquire a return authorization number for your items. You may contact the on-line store by phone (817) 459-6777. All items must be returned in their original condition and with all of the original packing material.

 

SHIPPING for returns?

Original shipping charges are not refundable. Customer must pay for return shipping.

 

 

CREDIT for returns?

Customer will be credited within 10 business days for returned item. The original credit card will be credited. No checks will be issued for credit. Credit cannot be given in person. Credit can only be given on-line through the above mentioned return process.
